This is a particularly rare release of Ultima IV by U.S. Gold, only available to Europe. It came in this beautifully illustrated video-cassette style plastic box, with miniature versions of all the manuals and, oddly enough, cheap black and white disk labels. The map is made out of some kind of vinyl!
