I think, going on magazine references, that this is a Dragon 32 game, rather than a ZX Spectrum one.

Phoenix combined an action game on one side of the tape, with a text adventure on the other. You needed to perform sufficiently well in the action game in order to get a password to begin the adventure. Often the two games were very loosely related, if at all.
