Despite its popularity, few games were released exclusively for CP/M. This is one of them. Available both on 8" disks (like this copy) and the more common 5.25" format, Nemesis is a Rogue-like game playable on almost any sort of text terminal, using ASCII graphics to represent the dungeon. Only a few thousand copies of this game were ever made, making it very rare, and the Dungeon Master level editor is presumably even less common.
